Rivers do not drink their own water, Trees do not eat their own fruits, Sun doesn’t shine on itself, Flowers do not spread their fragrance for themselves. Living for others is rule of Nature, helping each other and team allows that.
Importance of Team Work:

The most focused goal of Teamwork at school and in early years is to make it amply clear to the child that we progress only with the other individual. We must make the children understand the values and importance of Co-learning or collaborative learning.

We need to emphasize the fact that children are capable of picking team building skills right from the toddler’s age.
That is why, schools are irreplaceable in society. No amount of Hybrid learning, home tutoring and personalized learning can replace what children learn in the group.

Importance of Team:

We found that playground was nerve centre for team building as what children can imbibe’ Khel-Khel mein’ cannot be imparted in thousand words. Have team games as Kho-Kho, mimicry act, football and replay races over individual games.

At home, we would suggest that you have indoor games like scrabble, caromboard, Ludo or monopoly with focus on team.

Each Individual has limited time to work each day. If you have a target to achieve in a day and if you have 10 individuals in your team. You can delegate the work and elicit 80 hours. Then no one can hinder your progress whereas, as individual you would have only contributed 8 hours.
